Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026. This page explains what information ExamEdge US collects when you visit the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect directly

ExamEdge US does not require you to register, and we do not run user accounts. We do not collect names, email addresses, school affiliations, exam scores, or any other personally identifying information from visitors. The only personal data we receive directly is what you choose to send us by email when you contact our editorial, press, or feedback addresses.

Information our hosting provider collects

Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs for every request to the site, including the requesting IP address, the requested URL, the HTTP referrer, the user-agent string, and the timestamp. These logs are used to operate the site, troubleshoot errors, and detect abusive traffic. They are retained for a rolling thirty-day window and are not combined with any other data set.

Advertising and analytics

ExamEdge US is supported by display advertising. Advertising partners may place cookies in your browser to measure which ads were shown, whether they were clicked, and to limit the number of times you see the same ad. Some partners use this information to show you ads on other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising on a per-vendor basis by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page or your browser’s privacy settings. We do not share any direct identifier (such as an email address) with advertising partners, because we do not collect any.

We use a privacy-focused analytics tool that reports aggregate page-view counts and traffic sources without setting cross-site cookies. The analytics tool does not store an identifier that allows us to follow a single visitor across sessions.

Children’s privacy

ExamEdge US is intended for high school students aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information through one of our contact addresses, please write to editorial@examedge.us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Because we do not maintain user accounts and do not collect personal information directly, most data-subject rights (access, deletion, portability) do not have a corresponding record on our side. If you have written to us by email, you may request that we delete your message and our reply at any time by contacting editorial@examedge.us.

Changes to this policy

We will post any material changes to this page and update the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
